Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or high order volumes.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. TLang’s Closet Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return & Policy

At TLang’s Closet Boutique, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7–14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:
• Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, or damage, and with all tags attached.
• Exchanges are not offered. If you need a different item, please place a new order once your return is processed.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as TLang’s Closet Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned.
